where I work. Or where I used to work. As you can see, it's a kind of low,
wide, mostly yellow place, but I call it home. Or work, rather. In the past tense, that is. You can click on the map to browse via Map Blast, if you're into that kind of thing. |

nd here's where I live. At first glance, it's pretty much like where I work, but if you look closely, you'll see that it's rather more beige. It's a lovely place, nestled amid the farms and orchards (which are a bit hard to see now that they're buried under thousands of houses) of San Jose, California, the heart (or at least the liver and kidneys) of Silicon Valley. Nearby is Reid-Hillview airport, where I learned to fly. Slightly further away are some of the best motorcycling roads in the state. And about equidistant to the north and south are two of the worlds best known race tracks, Sears Point and Laguna Seca. In short, it's a veritable cathedral of motorsports.
